For Kira, leadership isn’t about authority – it’s about connection and collaboration. “I’m not passionate about being ‘the head’ or commanding others,” she shares. “I truly enjoy inspiring people and organizing processes within a team so we can work as one mechanism. My dream is not to become a boss, but a leader who people listen to because they want to.”
