Bernardo shares his experience at CIC and how it has positively impacted his future: [perfectpullquote align=”full” bordertop=”false” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]While at CIC, I discovered that business is my passion and what I wanted to study in university. Taking the International Business course with Mrs. Smith opened my mind to the vast opportunities in the field of business.[/perfectpullquote] I developed valuable skills such as presentation. I was initially terrified of public speaking, but through consistent practice, I’m now able to deliver presentations with confidence and achieve great results. The fondest memories of my time at CIC were the simple moments spent with my friends, as well as the exciting trips such as the one to Canada’s Wonderland. My best advice to future students is to pay close attention during class and to never hesitate to ask questions whenever in doubt, regardless of the nature of the question. I’d like to thank my dad – the person who has always inspired me and continues to do so! He is my greatest supporter and motivator, always encouraging me to be my best self. Bernardo is also glad to offer his words of encouragement to his fellow Brazilian students : Estar em um outro país pode ser muito diferente e as vezes até difícil, no começo pelo menos.
